I failed to pass probation today and was let go

I was working in the north
woods as a cook for a spell
and one day the axe just
fell

I have been selling GPS
systems to the trades
mostly for six months
its been a struggle
and today when the
math did not add up
for my company
they regretfully let
me go
I have no complaint

I tried harder than
anything I have done
recently and failed
thats the bottom line

Ok I am going to move
on with lessons learned
and be better next time
if only some company
that fits me needs
me
