I found it years ago and it was for a time
like Christmas morning
in the land
where truth
never arrived
as a Christmas present
and then I grew tired
of its constant slant
to medieval.
But today I am back
because the left
has taken up the slack
in making government
a plan for friends
and family
Democracy is a joke
just another system
to keep the poor folk
from grabbing the pictch forks
when they realize that
one person is rulling millions
I think we should have
totaly vetted people
ruling us
start with Edward Snowden
and Eldon Musk
