I did not ask God
to be born
in your little town
it was a great place to grow up
as a kid
but no matter what
love you offered
I was not going to
be a victim
to that town
So I moved away
to another town
but at the end of day
when the sun
set the same red lines
described the dawn
We were just a little bit smaller
and the rewards not so rich
but you destroyed my
view of humanity
with your rule of prickle
that life was just
a son of a bitch
and those with '
full pockets would
always abide
in the small universe
that you existed
and to the detriment
of the population
lived very good lives.
