There is a crisis of unimaginable proportions slowly unfolding in California and it hardly registers in the daily zeitgeist. The Hotel California is going to be dry next year, absolutely dessert dry. Where will all the guests go? Who will replace the 25% of US agriculture produced by California?
This is why climate change is important. This is why we must act now before like California we sleepwalk into disaster.
